Education in the largest sense is any act or experience that has a formative effect on the mind, character or physical ability of an individual. In its technical sense, education is the process by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, skills and values from one generation to another. Hence an education is the means for bringing socio- economic transformation in a society.

The Vedas, Puranas, Ayurveda, Yoga, Kautilya's Arthasahtra are some of the milestones that the traditional Indian knowledge system boasts of. Western education has made steady advances in the country. India has positioned itself comfortably as a country that provides quality higher education to its people in specific and to the world in general.

It is such a pride to have your own Pharmacy University. There is immense scope to innovate and bring in the features of Practicality, Commercialization, Industry Participations at large, Collaborations, Develop the existing courses further, Bring in the new ones.  The concerns are focused and approach in Universal. India is moving towards extensive globalization. This is the time to take Pharma Education to next Level. Collaborative Research is the need of the hour, Improvising Teaching Learning Techniques for better outcome and continuous presence and interest of students need to be met.

I feel happy to be part of the Pharmacy University as Registrar. It is our duty to make the world feel the necessity of Pharmacist in every sphere of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. Let us all Pledge to be part of this noble moment and be part of the Health and Wellness Team.
